Elementary was established in 2015 by partners Carly Humphreys & Brad Nixon. Wanting to bring their love of coffee and service back to Adelaide from Melbourne, Elementary coffee was born.

Carly is the former GM of multi-site hospitality companies based in Melbourne, Victoria, with extensive knowledge of operating cafes profitably.

Brad has over 15 years experience in the coffee industry.
