250g Ethiopia Konga


This is our second year working with this special coffee from the Konga processing station just outside of the Ethiopian region of Yirgacheffe. This coffee is sourced in partnership with Cafe imports Australia. This coffee shows characteristics of a light natural style red wine, fresh berry fruit drives this delicate and light coffee. We have enjoyed this coffee a little under a 1:3 brew ratio.
